Good recipe. Here's my notes to future self to make it the same way: make sure to set the recipe to 4 servings. double sauce from recipe. use 14oz package of noodles per 1lb of chicken. Make sure to slice chicken thin, then pan fry like recipe says(not cook entire breast then slice). Do not flatten chicken with hammer! Extra green onions. Also add an entire jalapeño, seeds and all. Use sqeeze ginger.
