Best if served with a moist side dish (i.e. risotto) as it doesn't have much of a sauce for a dry side (i.e. rice).
Used much more of the seasonings than it called for originally (have updated the recipe some). Ex: used 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp parsley per filet.
Use fresh garlic so it's "studded" on top of the fish.
Increased amt of lemon juice from 3 tbsp to a full lemon but could do more.
Added the lemon rinds into the baking dish.
