Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Spray a cooking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Step 2
Rinse tilapia filets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels
Step 3
Place filets into prepared baking dish. Pour lemon juice over filets, then drizzle butter over top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven until fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes
Step 5
Serve w/ a side of couscous or rice
