Not sure I would make this again. Dressing lacked flavor (for me). I added anchovies thinking they would offer some umami, but ended up being way too salty. I used diced romaine instead of butter lettuce so maybe that was the issue? Also, the breading didn’t stick to my chicken, so that was a disappointment as well.
