So this recipe turned out edible but if I make it again I would make some adjustments.
There were A LOT of noodles, the water wasn't even close to covering, I would reduce to 8 oz.
I would also double the meat and leave the mushrooms out, the mushrooms pretty much disappeared and the ones I could find didn't really have any flavor.
I would season my meat well with salt and pepper & use better than bullion to add some extra flavor as it was bland.
