Sauté the beef and sliced mushrooms, chopped onions and minced garlic in a bit of oil in the instant pot. Add noodles, broth (or water + bouillon), and condensed soup. Do not stir in soup or you may get a burn notice. Pressure cook on high 2 minutes then quick release. Stir, recover for 2 minutes to thicken. The. Mix in Greek yogurt. Optionally top with pepper.
