This was surprisingly delicious! I seasoned the zuchini slices with salt and pepper before adding the sauce on, and I added minced garlic in the sauce instead of powder (I love strong garlic in italian cooking). I will definitely be making this again any time my spouse craves pizza.
I do recommend cutting the zucchini slices slightly thicker and using 2 zuchinis instead of 1 to fill up. There should be plenty of sauce for 2!
