Just make sure you have a skillet that’s big enough for your fillets, or have a plan on how you’re going to situate your fillets in them. I also switched my fillets to a casserole dish for the broiling portion, and it came out great.
I used two large fillets that came out to a little under 24 oz. I’d make all the measurements for the seasonings heaping so you have enough to cover all of the fish.
