I halved the recipe, bc I was only making it for 2 people. I still used 1 egg (but the smallest in the dozen) bc how do you measure half an egg? Also, half of 1 3/4 cups (milk) is 7/8 c (or 1/2 c + 1/4 c + 2 Tbsp) (you're welcome).
They were fluffy and tasty! We added sliced strawberries, homemade whipped cream, and homemade peach syrup.
