I don't like the recipe as is. I double it, then decrease the milk to 800ml, increase the flour to 600 grams, decrease the baking powder to 4 mounded teaspoons. I felt like that worked out better for us.

These were fluffy and yummy. They were perfect to freeze and warm up in the mornings for my son to eat before school.

They were kinda a mix inbetween fluffy and flat but overall it was great!

Pancakes have always been my one baking arch enemy but these came out so good. I added chocolate chips and will definitely be making again

Coconut oil in the pan spices it up with a slight extra taste. Also, I've replaced regular milk with soya milk. Probably both of them add that extra taste. It doesn't need any topping, perfectly fine on its own. The amount in the picture is somewhat like a quarter of the original. Couldn't help but already eat it as it came out of the pan... Haven't tried that way, but with a sweet topping I'd leave out the sugar from the batter, so it's not too sweet.

Easy to put together, ingredients should be in every pantry. These were fluffy as promised and filling. Will make again

This was def a great recipe but I had some user error. If I were you I’d just go ahead and make the initial 12 servings. I had it set for 2 servings (2pancakes) and ended up still using a full egg. They were still good but if you add the full egg add more flour (tblspn) and a tblspn of sugar extra.

6 servings. They came out perfect.

It was airy and crispy, the perfect recipe for fluffy pancanes🤩 I have really searched a long time for this because other recipes didnt work or wasnt easy to make, this was definetely a success.

I prefer these without the vanilla essence.

I didn’t take photos because I’m awful at flipping pancakes, but these were the tastiest and fluffiest pancakes ever. I did add a bit more sugar and eggs than the recipe stated, but everything else was textbook. I also had some left over batter in the fridge that I used the next morning and it was still perfect. Loved it and I’ll be making it again, in sha Allah.

Hi! I added an extra egg and increased the sugar to 1/2 cup. It's definitely a good recipe!

So good! Be careful with the heat though! Mine burned a little. But the kids loved them and I'm so glad I made these!

Oat milk works great as a dairy substitute. Love chocolate chips mixed in with whipped cream and raspberries on top.

I add chocolate chips and nutella to mine and it tastes wonderful

If Had to make a choice to either buy store baught mix vs the ingredients to this, you should already know my answer. Now I will never buy anything that is a store baught product ever again

Delicious pancakes! I forgot to add baking soda and used 1% milk. Made 16 pancakes, which I considered to be 4 servings. Special occasion recipe.

Great recipe. I literally had just enough of all ingredients to make these. I used brown sugar instead of the regular. I got lazy and added leftover bacon bits to the mix because I didn't feel like cooking bacon. Yum!

Used cashew milk and margarine and it still turned out awesome!

I use vanilla aroma for this, and usually add some chopped up cooking chocolate. Usually have to add more flour than called for. These pancakes are truly amazing, hubby, and in-laws all love it. I usually make a pudding with either frozen blueberries or cherries to top them with.

This is my go to pancake recipe, I've wandered off and tried probably a dozen others or more inbetween and these are the most balanced and flavorful. I think many of the reviews must have missed something critically, but I also use buttermilk and it's just perfect.

Fantastic. I've tried a lot of pancake recipes in my time and this was the best. I normally warm the milk a little in the microwave. Separate the yolk from white, mix the yolk with butter, white with milk, then combine all the wet together. That way it completely incorporates.

I make the full amount and then freeze the rest. They toast back to great texture really well.

I halved the recipe, bc I was only making it for 2 people. I still used 1 egg (but the smallest in the dozen) bc how do you measure half an egg? Also, half of 1 3/4 cups (milk) is 7/8 c (or 1/2 c + 1/4 c + 2 Tbsp) (you're welcome). They were fluffy and tasty! We added sliced strawberries, homemade whipped cream, and homemade peach syrup.

halfed the portion, came out great! also mixed everything in one bowl. could use abit more sugar, but i ate with jam so it works also used oil instead of butter

Not my favorite. Pretty plain pancake. Nothing wrong with it. Might be better if fried in pan.

I had to add a lot of flour to it around half a cup more as it was very runny, but it wasn't really fluffy they were flat, but other than that, they were good half good half bad.

I served mine with a sorrel, whiskey and honey sauce that I threw together at the last minute and they were great.

Worked with self rising flour without aftertaste of baking powder so brilliant! Substituted refined sugar with 2 spoons of silan (dates syroup). Best pancakes I’ve made so far.

Easy, delicious pancake breakfast. My husband loves these and says that they are better than restaurant pancakes. My picky kids gobble them up too!

Truly delicious and indeed one of the fluffiest pancakes I've made. However even from someone who has a prominent sweet tooth, it was a bit too sweet. I recommend lowering the sugar.

It say to mix the dry ingredients to the wet first then in step two it say add them separately and to whisk the wet ingredients first

A little salty in my opinion, next time I will be using less salt.

I used buttermilk and these pancakes were awesome!

The recipe is great for waffles, but incredibly thick for pancakes. It was really hard to figure out what was wrong with the batter at first, but as soon as I thinned it out with milk the pancakes came out perfect! So just make sure to make the batter a bit thinner than the recipe calls for.

I followed the recipe exactly (except for the chocolate chips I added). Yummy, delicious, fluffy pancakes. This is our new go to pancake mix.

Cut the butter and sugar in half and used almond and whole wheat flour.. new favorite.

I always cut vanilla and sugar, but follow the mixing steps to make sure they are fluffy and light!!

There were nuggets of baking soda that tasted disgusting and you couldn't even see them. Also makes way too much batter; no option to make for two to six people...Not making again.

Perfect recipe!! Worked perfectly the first time, I did a double batch & made giant cafe pancakes & it fed 4 growing boys with heaps of leftovers. So fluffy!!

These are my go to pancakes! Perfect flavoring and fluffy! I mix the dry ingredients in 3 or 4 batches and put it in an thier seperate airtight containers. I can make batches later by just adding the wet ingredients.

Mine turned out not as fluffy as the ones in the recipe but I think it's because of baking soda. I didn't have so I only used bp. Still yummy though. I topped it with honey and butter. My Classic go-to! 🥞

Had whipping cream to use up, substituted 1/4 cup cream for 1/4 cup of the milk
