Elegant in it's simplicity. My wife and I Ioved this meal and it is now in the rotation. We served with rice and air fried green beans. Delicious.
Two changes: sub butter for light butter, and sub MSG (very light, 1,/2 tsp) for the salt on the chicken.
I had to read about it, but MSG is not harmful as the the hoopleheads suggest and uses about 1/3 the sodium and creates a huge flavor bomb. Check it out.
