← Replies in One Pan Sun-Dried Tomato & Boursin Cheese Orzo Recipe

Super tasty and easy. We used the dairy free boursin which worked well and gluten free elbows (couldn't find GF orzo), skipped the parmesan as it was rich and creamy already. Used a homemade veggie broth, did not double the broth when I doubled everything else and it was perfect. Added sauteed shrimp and asparagus, would do well with a variety of protein and veggie additions as desired.
