I cooked it in a cast iron pan (to sear the chicken), and I didn't want to clean the instapot. DELICIOUS! It's going in the rotation. I used reduced sodium soy sauce and regular ketchup and felt it could use a finishing salt. Served with rice, peas and carrots.
