I had the same issue, what kind of cream. I bought the nestle table cream and heavy whipping cream. Then i opened the table cream and it was like ivory color. On the video they posted on IG the “cream” was white so i assumed it was heavy cream. Also the mozzarella. The picture was the chunky ball mozzarella so that’s what i bought but i should’ve went with my gut and bought the shredded mozzarella. It was hard to melt the mozzarella chunk.
