Does not need the cream and couldn’t taste the Parmesan so maybe put that over the fish at the end. User bassa fillets and dipped in flour salt and pepper. Sure would be much nicer with a better fish as bassa tastes muddy. Served with parmentier potatoes and mixed green veg
