Super tasty, be aware of the spices you're putting in so you can adjust spice level to your preference.
Note: I season my sausage on my own because one of our eaters doesn't like fennel. Be aware that if you don't use pre-made Italian sausage, you may need to add some spice back in to give this dish a bit more depth, like the author intended.
