Potentially my fault for guessing on spices and certain measurements, but it's a bit of a burnt taste (didn't even cook it all that long). Beautiful caramel and crunch though, just maybe take it easy on the spices. I stand corrected on saying it was not preferable, because others who have eaten it have really liked it.
