sure I replaced milk with oat milk and flour with oat flour and they all broke, were raw and tasted eggy😭😭😭 (edit: one didnt break but was much smaller) ive had more practice now and I can say its gotten better since i’ve learned how not to break them, but they get really crispy and aren’t really crepés. might’ve been me tho

Oat flour doesn’t have the gluten that wheat flour does, because of that they don’t hold together or become stretchy like traditional crepes

ohhh that makes sense! thank you! in the end I could make some edible ones that were pretty yummy, did take like 3 hours tho😬😬
