These crepes can be whipped up for dessert or breaky (or both 😉) in less than 15 minutes! & the best part is, everyone can enjoy them by adding any fillings/toppings they desire!
They’re seriously so easy to make and taste so good, I don’t think you’ll ever order them again!
You will need a good quality non stick pan like the one I’m using, the link can be found in my bio on my instagram page.

Instructions
Step 1
Add the Flour, Eggs & Milk in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Use a ladle to pour the batter on a non stick pan over medium heat.

Step 3
Turn the pan in a circle motion to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.
Step 4
Cook the crepe until set and lightly golden, then flip and cook on the other side for approximately one minute.
Step 5
Transfer onto a board and continue the process.
Step 6
Serve immediately with any fillings or toppings you desire.
