the single thing to keep in mind is the importance of letting the muffins cool down before taking them out of the mould, at least in my case - i suppose it is because of the many wet ingredients that go into the batter along with the texture of the almond flour itself that doesn’t let them set immediately
that being said, this dessert, apart from being an actually healthy one, is also really light even though there’s a banana base for it
i suggest adding raspberries instead (or along with) the chocolate chips, since it adds an addictively refreshing touch that the taste buds particularly enjoy!
