Wonderful recipe! And makes PLENTY! I'll finish whats left today for lunch. Even the leftovers (to me) are just as tasty as the night I cooked it. The Hubs (who wont eat from recipes I find online) scarfed down a few bowls and said "Add this to the keep pile please!" #winning
