Overall SUPER good. The chicken is flavorful and super moist/tender. The gravy DID dry out, but I just added a "splash" (maybe 1/4 cup?) more beef broth, let it cook a bit longer to warm, and then pulled chicken out and added flour to desired texture (since I had warmed the rest of the broth/gravy to cook the flour). My only downside is I might cut the pepper - I LOVE spice, but the pepper kind of overwhelmed the gravy.
