Good foundation but it needed more flavor and longer cooking time. Added a half onion chopped and a few cloves minced garlic. Sautéed them until soft first then added the spices and continued as written. Used veggie stock instead of water. Added the potatoes 20mins before the cauliflower and together they needed 30mins more cooking time. Might cut the potatoes a bit smaller next time so more of the sauce penetrates.
