I've made this many times and we love it! Today I made it with cotija cheese and it tasted like Mexican street corn with chicken! The lime on top is too much for me so I keep them on the side for anyone who wants more lime. Breading the chicken is an unnecessary step so I didn't do that. Make sure your chicken is the proper thickness or it will take longer to cook. Good served with a side of rice. 10/10
