Really good!! I had to sub almond flour as I did not have chickpea flour. I also doubled the garlic, which my family does for every recipe because we just love it. My husband thought the cumin was a bit too much, so if someone is sensitive to that spice consider using less; but I had no issue with the seasoning. They taste like spin on falafel and I’m super happy with them. Will absolutely make again.
Side note: I increased the recipe size until it required 2 zucchini. The instructions said to make 12 to 14 balls – I made about 15 balls and they may have been too large. I did have to cook them for the full 30 minutes and a few crumbled when handling when hot if you are increasing the recipe, consider that you will end up with more than 12 to 14 balls.
