As a South African I had to go ahead and add my boerwors. Did not quite figure out how to make the blend saucy but the combination of ingredients certainly tastes stellar. I did also add mushrooms and some coconut milk to bring it together for the family.

I had to look up boerwors {which I found spelled as boerewors), since I'm American. It sounds delicious, answering some of the issues I have with many types of sausage. But I probably won't eat much here, since I'm not much of a red meat eater and it costs $13 or $14 per pound here.
