Made as is and everyone loved it. My husband is my biggest food critic and he has requested it again this week. I have a 4 and 6 year old and my even my 4 old even ate it (he is our picky one at the moment). I also love that the directions don't have you cook the chicken all the way through or the rice as once everything is in the oven it finishes cooking. Because of this the chicken isn't super dry and the rice isnt mushy which is a big issue I find in most recipes.
