This was a great meal! I would rate it a 9 out of 10. I can't believe it is so easy to make great tasting alfredo. I used 16 oz of fettuccine and 3 large cloves of garlic. I followed what someone else suggested and pre-cooked the fettuccine most of the way in water and then added it when the recipe called for it. We also added a half stick of butter as someone else suggested. I cooked the chicken with my fav chicken seasoning "McCormick Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning". I used the left overs for lunch the next day - just added some milk and heated it up so it would be saucy again.
