Easy and tasty. Wasn't in the mood for cooking, but this one pot dish wasn't too much of a chore. I've yet to see fire-roasted diced tomatoes in an Australian supermarket, but plain diced tomatoes and a good dash of smoked paprika fills the gap nicely.
