Let's be honest, these are so good that i have a sliding scale for the # of servings. If the kids are in bed, this dessert becomes 4 servings and I recommend that you help yourself to a quarter of your 8*8 pan.
If the children are awake and it's impossible to coax them outside while you prepare these, then this pan makes 12 servings.
If you've had "one of those weeks", I suggest that you eat this entire 1 serving dessert with a scoop of ice cream on top!
