Peanut Butter Deluxe
6 steps
Prep:20min
A simple twist on a legendary recipe, this will be sure to have your friends and family saying "oooh" and "ahhhh" and perhaps even, "Are you sure that's only enough for one person?"
With the cherry added, I'm reasonably sure that I have created a health food. And, at 5800 calories, I declare this to be a meal-replacement! (Sidenote- neither the calorie estimate nor the comment are backed in any way by a dietician. Please don't be a Karen. Unless you are Karen, then, please be the best Karen you can be!)

Instructions
Step 1
Grease a 8×8 inch square pan.
Step 2
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Mix in the oats. Cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes, or until ingredients are well blended. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust in the pan, and spread evenly with a knife or the back of a spoon.
Step 4
Place in refrigerator or freezer until chocolate hardens
Step 5
Spread Whipped Cream over the chocolate. (It helps to set the whipped cream out at room temperature prior to this step)
Step 6
Set cherries atop the whipped cream
