This was a great dinner!! I would rate it an 8 out of 10. It was actually more flavorful than I expected! The homemade enchilada sauce really brings the flavor to the party!! I let whisk auto add the items to my Walmart cart and it added a bunch of the optional items so check the recipe instructions for the optional items because you don't need all the items listed in whisk. It ordered some optional grated cotija cheese which we added as a topping but maybe it's not really needed for the dinner. We used Bush's Sidekicks Taco Fiesta Black Beans so that added more flavor than reg black beans. The homemade Enchilada sauce was pretty easy to make and it really added to the flavor of the dish. I'm not sure how it compares to canned sauce. Used the net zero carb tortilla shells and I couldn't really tell the diff. We probably used more chicken than called for and it made about 12 enchiladas so we had plenty for left overs. We'll definitely make this again!
