I will share my changes in the recipe not because I think what I am doing is better than what the recipe was but simply because I did not have all the ingredients though I'm looking forward to trying the recipe with the ingredients suggested.
I did not have orzo so I used what I had.
I used wild rice which cooked approximately the same amount of time as the orzo and I cooked it in the exact same way as was suggested for the orzo. I toasted the wild rice in the pan with the butter before cooking in the water with olive oil.
I did not use the chicken bouillon suggested because there was a seasoning packet with the wild rice that I did have.
The dish was delicious and I definitely will make it again and I plan on having the orzo next time.
