Yum! I used Dreamfields elbows. For the sauce, I used salted butter and was just fine. I actually added salt to the sauce as well as it was needed. Used almond milk and shredded cheddar jack since it is what I had on hand. For herbs, I used the oregano, parsley, black pepper, red pepper flakes, paprika and salt. Didn't have olives. Subbed diced zucchini and red peppers instead of spinach.
