Recipes does not list fresh tomatoes as an ingredient but calls for them in the instructions. A little spicy. I would make it on occasion, but not all the time.

6 tomatoes medium, chopped...that would be fresh. Otherwise, it would say 1-15 oz can of diced tomatoes (or how many cans it would take for that)
