I used regular tomato (diced) instead of the sundried ones, but it still came out great. I also used a fiesta cheese blend instead of Mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar.
I would suggest making the chicken last, so it is as hot as possible. I had to heat mine on the skillet again before serving.
Make sure you add extra seasonings than instructed, it is bland otherwise. (Trust your judgement on flavor)
