Great recipe. I whipped the sugar butter and eggs a bit longer in the kitchenaid and it made the cake so fluffy. I used the pan size recommended in the recipe, checked on it at 50 min but it needed another 10 and was perfect. (I use a propane oven which burns a little hotter than natural gas, so for me, the bake time was accurate.)
