These were so delicious. I used only 8 oz of mushrooms as I'm only feeding 2 people. I used dry herbs and just kind of eyeballed the amount because my.measuring spoons were in the dishwasher. I ran out of white wine, so I supplemented with marsala wine. 9h wow, these were so good. I will definitely make these again.
