Made this for my cousins birthday, and the family absolutely loved it! It was a great alternative to a traditional store-bought cake. When I make this again, I am curious to try using unflavored gelatin powder instead of the cornstarch. I think it might give it that nice jiggly, silky texture without the slight graininess of the corn starch. Overall, definitely “ super sexy”!! 🍓
