Step 1
In a blender, mix strawberries with sugar and milk for a minute then filter everything with a sieve.

Add your liquid in a pot, along with cornstarch and mix everything together.

Turn on the heat (medium low) and keep stirring with a whisk for about 8-10 mins or until your liquid starts to boil and it thickens.

Transfer everything in a shallow dish, let it cool down and rest in the fridge for a couple of hours (if you have time overnight).

In the meantime, chop your strawberries.

In a pan over medium low heat, add chopped strawberries along with sugar and cook everything for about 15 mins or until you have a jam.
