This was a good dough - it's a crispy dough. I prefer a floppy dough so I think I'll try something else next time! However my dad loved this dough. The only thing I would suggest is to leave this to rise overnight as mine took over an hour to rise even a little bit and the left overs were must better the next day.
This is also badly entered into whisk, it says it serves 2 but also 6? Lmao I think it would do 4 decent sized pizzas and 3 large pizzas. The one in this picture is 1/6 of the total recipe and as you can see it's a small pizza 👍🏼😆
