I was a bit skeptical about this one but it turned out really nice!
I replaced the sea salt with more kala namak, and all of the tapioca flour with 15gr of cornstarch.
For veggies I used onion, sweet potato (in cubes, grating wasn't necessary), carrot, peas, bell pepper and tomato. Definitely recommend the tomato to make it more moist.
It needed 45min in the oven.
