My family loved it!!
I added 1/2 lb of bacon chopped and fried then cooked my chicken in the butter and bacon grease.
For the sauce:
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Honey
⅓ cup Brown Sugar
7-8 cloves Garlic, minced and separated (~ 1 ½ Tablespoons)
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
¼ cup Water
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Next time I would probably cut back on the brown sugar and add some water to the sauce mixture to tone down on the sweetness and make it go a bit farther.
