I followed this recipe, only replacing the red pepper flakes and paprika with a powdered Harissa Seasoning I had on hand. That mixed very well with the touches of lemon. I also did not cook the green beans as long as recommended. I put them in the microwave for 3.5 minutes, then into the pan with the chicken as directed. Two pounds of chicken thighs and two pounds of green beans made 5 adult servings. I made some instant couscous as a side as well.
