If you prefer to eat this recipe cold, just use room temperature beans. I would advise white beans for this recipe, since they have a richer taste than red beans. I also tried this recipe with chickpeas and worked well as well.
If you don’t love dill very much use less quantity or use a different herb that you like. I think the salad would be delicious anyway. If you do not have cherry tomatoes use about 2 normal tomatoes, but the salad taste much better with cherry tomatoes since they are sweeter and gives the salad better flavour.
