A very dear friend of mine inspired me to create this recipe. It’s the type of food that you want to prepare when you need something quick. Very simple, delicious and healthy.

Step 1
Poach the green onion and the garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes chopped and cook everything for another 2, 3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt. Place everything in the salad bowl.
Step 2
Rinse the beans in boiling water and drain well. Add the drained beans to the bowl. Last, add the dill and avocado (if using) and mix well. Add more salt if needed or even a pinch of black pepper if you like. Enjoy!
