Like usual, I followed this recipe as more of a "guideline" based on what I had in my fridge. So I used jarred sun-dried tomatoes (drained the oil) rather than a paste. I also didn't add the fancy things bc I couldn't be bothered to go find them in my grocery store.
I thought to myself, "that is way too much garlic for the amount of pasta you have" which I knew would only make about 2 servings. But did I reduce the amount of garlic? Hell no!
So anyway it's very garlicky, but that is absolutely 100% my fault. Luckily my partner is out of town, so no one will have to deal with my stank breath except my cat.
I also added fresh tomatoes, bc tomatoes.
The flavors marry decently well together. I might make this again, I might not.
