Definitely needed to use more eggs than recommended (which isn't a big deal). I omitted the garlic and onion granules, ad well as garlic itself and just added more onions. I also omitted soy sauce and adjusted the salt. I didn't care for the lower calorie part of the dish, so I coated the chicken breast in the tortilla chips completely, which resulted in me needing about 5 times the amount of the tortilla chips. I made this because sister-in-law was craving and didn't want to go out to eat it (all the options are way too expensive). We absolutely loved it, it was incredibly crispy, and the sauce was amazing.
