This was the best beef and broccoli I have ever made ! Do not skip the baking soda step it’s very crucial in making the beef fall-apart tender, as well as cutting against the grain. It calls for 1 & 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil but since it has such a strong flavor I added less, about 3/4 tbsp and that was perfect. Next time I’ll add a little spice to it to make it hot; I think either sriracha or gochujang would pair great with this !
