I used bow tie pasta in place of the lasagna noodles and omitted the ricotta and mozzarella. It honestly reminded me of Italian Herb Hamburger Helper that was discontinued in the 90's which made me super happy because that flavor was my absolute favorite as a kid. I will definitely be making this again 😊
